What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that custom patched or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my patched garments?
To ensure the longevity of the adhesive and embroidery, we recommend washing your garments inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to dry.
Can I request a custom patch design?
Currently, we offer a curated selection of limited-edition patches. However, we frequently drop new collections and collaborations, so stay tuned to our social media for updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
