At Patched, we want you to love your unique style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
